<p>Hello I'm looking for programmer for my source engine mod called "Citizen : code 647-e" <br />I don't need anything ambitious ,just some npc's and weapons</p> <p>The mod is based in half life 2 universe ,set in events of half life 2</p> <p>It will be not short mod ,either it will be really long</p> <p>I've started making this mod solo ,counting on the visuals ,sound and programming!</p> <p>But i cant program very well so i need a real c++ programmer for this mod</p> <p>Feel free to put the mod into portfolio as project you worked on if you will help</p>

This role requires an understanding of game development and the ambition to grow a studio from the ground up.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and lead a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.</li> <li>Define and drive the technical roadmap for game development projects from concept to release.</li> <li>Brainstorm ideas for games</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in game development, with at least 1 shipped game.</li> <li>A passion for gaming and a strong desire to create exceptional player experiences.</li> <li>Experience in managing teams</li> </ul> <p>Initially we would be looking at an equity split as we're a brand new start up but I am open to discussions about a salary when we start to generate revenue. My background is in marketing, specifically for indie games. I'm looking to use this knowledge to make Pluxr. a success. I studied games development in college so do have a basic understanding but I'm looking for someone to come in and make their ideas come to life.</p>

All we need is a copy of your portfolio. We'll ask you to complete a task. You either choose to accept it, and if you do so - you let us know how long it'll take you based on your real life ventures, and when we can expect it back. (This keeps the train moving) We track the amount of work and time people are putting in over the course of the project and once the game is released, we'll be awarding those contributors based on the amount of work they've successfully submitted.</p> <p>The new game we're creating is a unique style of gameplay. It's a FPS / RTS Hybrid. Think Paragon - only designed much better. We're not creating an "Evolve" or "Call of Duty". We're creating something totally new. Specializing in FPS/RTS/Moba/Tower Defence Hybrid with advanced movement mechanics, better competitive matchmaking, a real solid game design, and extremely addictive gameplay. The best part about all of this is we're doing it UNPAID in our spare time! ( Except for some of us who love to work insane hours to create something awesome in the end. ) To help you visualize this game, imagine Starcraft with some Cyberpunk, Highly advanced AI, and multple players on the field in FPS being supported by their commander.
