Have anyone else noticed this ? The slower you print, the shiner your surfaces get.

Been sitting in my cupboard for more than a year. Probably sucked up a lot of moisture. Some parts are around 1.75mm but some are 1.8+ , as you can see. Can I save this ? Is it actually because of moisture or something else ? Also if it’s cuz of moisture, will those filament drying boxes help ?
