I printed this big black cat (PLA) with my FLSUN SR, and there were no problems at all, and it required very few supports.

Today’s print is a fully assembly-required Mini 4WD.

And it works great! Printed with 4 walls in PETG.

My wife requested a ‘mailbox to hang on her garden fence’ to keep her garden supplies easily accessible and dry. I modeled this to hang on her T-Post fence. Earned some brownie points from the wife and some justification for the printer! Printed in PETG so hopefully it'll stand up to the heat.

I can't see into my mailbox in my building (Wheelchair and top row) so I designed a slide to fit into the box. Now I just pull it out and all the mail/junk comes out with it

After finally caving in and getting myself an A1 mini last month I've been learning Onshape and would like to share one of my first functional designs :)

It's a super-simple, lightweight webcam shade that will stop the sun making your picture look like it's from the JJ Abrams version of Star Trek with a tonne of lens flare!

I've created profiles (here on Maker World) for a variety of laptop thicknesses & a version with longer sides for anyone with low-sun issues.

As you can see from the pictures, it also doubles as a Handmaid's Tale Bonnet for your Barbie! What's not to like?!!

If you accidently close the laptop with the shade on, it'll fall off before you manage to close the lid.

I was annoyed with how wasteful these containers are and decided to model up the threads for this container so that I can screw various other designs to the lid. Decided to share the thread with the community so they too can design their own stuff for these jars. I included the fusion360 file for easy editing.

I did notice that the candy containers are slightly different, so I plan on modeling those up soon.

So we bought a cheap remote doorbell instead.

The information automatically updates using the MLB api. Used some premade 3d models for the LED matrix enclosure, but the rest (like the 7 segment numbers) are custom made

No one remakes these clips for a piece of trim for my 64 dodge so I made some. Used PPA-CF because it was the strongest stuff I had left over, but open to suggestions for what would be the best for this application. Is this too brittle?

Pla seemed strong enough but im worried about heat deformation. I have asa and petg laying around as well.

Using a speed nut to cut its own thread into the shaft.

Screws keep falling in the holes so I made some plug covers for MFT top. Added some M4 screws so it can be easily remove with magnets.

I know this is a solution for a pretty narrow range population, but I have an ambulance and need mounting solutions for phones (route mapping) for crews. There's no durable AND cheap solution for mounting to the dash. Bulletpoint's screws into plastic and is subsequently weak; it wobbles a lot. There's another option (can't remember product name) that's durable but expensive af. Other options break with use over time, simply stick but later fall off, or you've got to drill into the dash plastic.

I printed something that uses the same hardware and mounting points as the stock radio unit. The newest version is a little more sleek, but here it is:

One of the things that bugged me about the Netta tower fan I bought a few years ago was the lack of anywhere to store the remote control. So after buying an A1 Mini last month I got designing in Onshape and came up with this clip-on remote holder (over at Maker World here).

It slots onto the vents and has clips so that it doesn't easily come off.. I'm quite pleased with how well it came out & hope it'll help other Netta tower fan owners stop losing the remote :)

I wanted to get rid of the annoying noise my Roborock S5 Max makes when it passes over tiles and carpet edges. So I decided to print this improved version of a wheel with a rubber ring—and it works really well!

It fits various models of iRobot Roomba, Roborock, and Miija/Xiaomi robot vacuum cleaners.
The roller is 22 mm wide and has a diameter of 24 mm. Please compare the dimensions.
