In case you haven't heard, the game's Season 2 update was a disaster; baffling balance adjustments robbed the title of its competitive edge practically overnight, while a range of broken moves and crazy bugs further damaged the development team's reputation.

Now that we know the Oblivion remake is real (technically it's a remaster, according to the leaked materials), plenty of overhyped onlookers have been asking whether the revival will feature improved gameplay systems and mechanics.

Oblivion is, after all, approaching its 20th anniversary, and in terms of character progression and combat, it hasn't aged especially well. The concern, then, is that this remaster is just that — a graphical overhaul and not much else.

A small update for Assassin's Creed Shadows will be deployed later today (the 16th April), Ubisoft has confirmed.

Patch 1.0.3 is basically a hotfix for issues introduced via the title's previous update. In particular, the ability to sell multiple items at once is actually being removed, as it was discovered that selling too many items at once could crash the game.
