Another gift from my husband. He printed this tri-color deathly hallows piece for my Harry Potter desk. Black, gray, and white matte PLA with a little bit of gold leaf rub & buff. Approx 7 hrs print time, roughly 7”x7”, on the Bambulabs P1S + AMS. Just needs a frame!

Gonna try posting again since my post on the HP sub got deleted because apparently I’m a scammer? (I’m not 🤷🏻‍♀️) Ngl I cried after being accused of that because the mod was so mean when I messaged them asking what happened. I was so psyched to share my project with other potterheads. Moving on.

I have an HP themed sewing desk and my husband loves to make me things to decorate it with. This was his biggest successful print to date. I think it took like 48 total hours of print time (he's still saving for a better/ faster printer.)

Presenting the Hogwarts castle my husband made me on his Ender3Pro. The original print was two hollow pieces, castle and base. I glued the castle to the base and added yellow tissue paper to the inside to soften and warm up the LEDs. Also moss for “trees”. It was really annoying to do but came out just how I initially wanted it. Pics are with and without the paper and LEDs. I opted not to paint it bc it’s basically a nightlight so I wanted the black silhouette effect. Any suggestions on how to improve or make it cooler are welcome.
