created script for large mockups using pvc pipes and 3d printed connectors

The script converts STL files to connectors and a list of lengths of pipe. The connectors themselves are numbered and each branch is numbered for quick assembly, allowing for the creation of large mockups or prototypes with minimal printing.

3D Printed HAND CRANKED paint shaker

3D Printed HAND CRANKED paint shaker

Special HAND CRANKED new version of my near legendary paint shaker that translates Rotational motion into RECIPROCAL motion.

Is this usefull? If you do not have a s*x toy, do not have a reciprocal saw (who does, except murderous psychopaths?) or other 'massage' devices the answer is a definitive YES.

This thing can be attached to your DESK so you can sip coffee, paint AND MIX up to THREE (3!) paints ALL AT THE ONCE. consider that, the increase in your productiveness will be THREEFOLD. No AI can match this, not now nor in the comming decades. GET AHEAD print my mixer.

Ultimate Modular Hobby Toolbox –Customizable

Ultimate Modular Hobby Toolbox –Customizable

I started making this model over a year ago, back when I still has my Ender, left it for a long while and recently finished it up on my X1C.

I have been refining this model over the past month working out the details to get a great print and strong design. I would love some feedback specifically what other trays would be useful? How can I increase the customization ability. Enjoy this sweet tool box and let me know what you think.

My benchy has lips and a boathole

X1C .8 nozzle Bambu basic PLA on the .56mm standard profile.

Wanted to see how it handled pushing so much plastic. I don't seriously intend to use this nozzle all the time, but I'm curious what could/should be tweaked or observed from these pictures. Any thoughts?

Client’s terrifying take on my Facehugger model! 👽🩸

Client’s terrifying take on my Facehugger model! 👽🩸

One of my clients used my Facehugger STL to create this absolutely horrifying version, painted to perfection! I love the wet, raw look they gave it. Looks like it just crawled out of the shadows. What do you think about the level of detail?

RETRO GRIP for mobile retro gaming

RETRO GRIP for mobile retro gaming

Hey everyone! I designed a fun little mobile grip for retro gaming on the go for my own Etsy shop.

This grip just uses one Joy-Con and I’ve added physical L/R trigger buttons on the back for a more satisfying gameplay experience. You can easily customize the button layout in Delta or RetroArch for the best gaming comfort.

It attaches magnetically (MagSafe-style), so it works with Android / iPhone/ Samsung / Pixel phones that has a MagSafe-compatible case.

Compared to other grips made for Xbox or PS controllers, Retro Grip is only about the size of a single Joy-Con — both in width and height. It’s super compact and lightweight, only the phone itself provides most of the weight.

Would love to hear your thoughts!

Fuzzy Skin Is Underrated

Fuzzy Skin Is Underrated

I personally think fuzzy skin is extremely underrated, the amount is does to hide layer lines is insane and it makes things look factory injection molded.. and I haven’t even tried this with matt PLA yet! I’ve been messing around with the settings for a couple of days now printing various test pieces and decided to go for a bigger print, these are the settings I’ve found work great:

Layer Height: 0.15mm Initial Layer Height: 0.2mm Outer Wall Speed: 55mm/s Inner Wall Speed: 65mm/s Fuzzy Skin: Contour Fuzzy Skin Point Distance: 0.1mm Fuzzy Skin Thickness: 0.1mm

All other settings I kept stock from my 0.4mm profile on my Ender 3 V3 KE in Creality Slicer.

(The biggest factor to making this look as nice as possible is low speeds and low layer heights to avoid wobbling drastically when doing the fuzzy skin)

I made a Zippo NVMe USB SSD (first project)

I made a Zippo NVMe USB SSD (first project)

I got my first 3D printer (Anycubic Kobra S1) 6 days ago and one of the first things I wanted to make was an SSD insert for a zippo as I wanted to have a reason to use one but don't smoke. Couldn't find anything online that kept the distinct zippo click so learnt the basics of fusion to make my own using the cam and spring from a knockoff Zippo insert. Not sure about releasing the STL file yet as its my first attempt and I want to make sure the spring and cam hold up for more than a day without cracking.
