I lost it during cleaning the paint gun. Bought a second paint gun to finish the job and recognized why the first one didn't take color anymore, the washer was missing! No way to buy a replacement! So i made this tiny openscad file to print my own. https://www.printables.com/model/934438-paint-gun-venturi-washer

Aus wondering if there is any guide to How thick of a screw or how longer it should. I am working on3D models and sometimes I don't know how thick or beefy a screw should be. is theee Guide or like any rule. You can depend on on how Thick the metric screws should be on different use cases?
I designed and printed this support leg bracket, which then doubles as a carrier for the leg, for my little trailer. This saves having a bulky jockey wheel and has repurposed a metal wardrobe hanger bar that I had knocking about. When stowed the clip at the rear holds if securely in place, to prevent road vibration wriggling it free, and when in use the metal bar/leg sits butted against the metal trailer draw bar, so theres no plastic to fail. Tolerences are really tight to ensure a snug fit. Printed in PETG at the moment, but I will see how it lasts and if it's worth reprinting the foot in TPU and the body in a CF mix. Overall really pleased with the design and functionality of the piece, but open to input or suggestions if anyone has any. [link] [comments] |

Needed a solution so I designed this. Warped a bit, but still works perfectly. Love it when concept to design to print is not an iterative process. [link] [comments] |
Old value had stripped threads from someone over tightening while descaling. Breville done supply the part so I was out of options to fix it “properly”. Printed in ABS (orange). The end of this will see around 95° so it should be okay. So far no leaks. [link] [comments] |
Day 2 of printing on my A1 and this can dispenser took around 15h printing time. Assembly was super easy no glue needed... At first. The front lips were too short and cans would overflow but fortunately someone made a fix and it works perfectly!! So if anyone wanna make, make the long lip version! [link] [comments] |
I had lost the original caps, which were too loose and could be easily removed, and the foam wrapped around the bar was beginning to leave. I designed these caps on Fusion 360, they can be tightened once it's in the handlebar, thanks to a M3 screw and an insert. It works very well and I don't think they will come off. [link] [comments] |
I made this diffuser with Sunlu white PETG (which is in fact very translucent, perfect for this use) for my Sofirn SC31PRO. It allows to turn a very trhrowy beam into spread light, wery useful to use my flashlight as a lantern. [link] [comments] |
