I had lost the original caps, which were too loose and could be easily removed, and the foam wrapped around the bar was beginning to leave.

I designed these caps on Fusion 360, they can be tightened once it's in the handlebar, thanks to a M3 screw and an insert.

It works very well and I don't think they will come off.

I made this diffuser with Sunlu white PETG (which is in fact very translucent, perfect for this use) for my Sofirn SC31PRO. It allows to turn a very trhrowy beam into spread light, wery useful to use my flashlight as a lantern.
