Rebuilding a 35 year old steering column

I've been restoring an 88 full size bronco and it's a very common issue to have sloppy steering due to worn components in the column. The tilt columns in obs ford trucks is an extremely complex system of concentric shafts, tubes, and levers. There is a shift tube that floats between the column and steering shaft that I designed a bearing cup to support the steering shaft within the shifter tube and a bushing to seal and support the shifter in the column. I'm very pleased with the results and the tight feel it gives while sealing up the column from water and moisture ingress. To all those worried about modding my truck with 3d printed parts you can rest assured this is an improvement on the factory design and no way alters function. I printed with 95a tpu 5layer thick walls with 30percent triangle infill.
