Trying to decide between the 2 highlighted cpu's. Also would like input if you have a better suggestion not listed.

The 7743p is $500 cheaper and even though it has 1/3rd the cores/threads it's .5ghz faster. It also has half the L3

On the other hand the 7763 has almost 3 times the cores threads and double the L3. Is .5ghz loss worth everything else I'm getting?

Use case will be plex, machine learning, simulations, fluid dynamics, vm for friends to game on, and really just anything else that my adhd mind decides to hyperfocus on.
