Interactive Fiction game about job interviews being hell, using stability XL

Game inspired by Dante's Divine Comedy and his circles of hell.

The art output for this was based around "black/white, heavy line art, surreal, elegant" - I initially wanted to go for a 1930s Tower of Terror vibe, but the art kept giving me more of a 1950s output, so I ran with it, making Bob a Madmen type.

Classic cars rendered really well. I wasn't even looking for one, but a great pic came up so I built it into the story as an Easter egg.

Stability did really well rendering indoor architecture - hallways were a breeze, which is great since half the game is about walking out of an elevator.

Archery range was almost impossible! I mostly got crazy versions of gun ranges. Even basic archery targets were really hard to get a good result for.

Interestingly when I made the political level ("screaming crowd at political rally") I had to use a lot of negative prompting to remove American flags.

My name choice was unfortunate or hilariously timely - made this before the virall tweet about LLMs using the word Delve :p

In simple terms, how does AI art work?

13 Julio 2024 at 11:03

I do not have the technical knowledge to understand it, but I want to have an informed opinion around the in-vogue controversy around AI art. I'm told it learns from licensed art, but in what way and how much? Does it ever simply copy an existing image, with minor changes?
