Found radius meter with wrong screw at work. So few minutes in SoldWorks and few grams of PLA later a have this.

One of pumps at work stopped working and we couldn't find parts for it.
As experiment I modeled and printed broken part out of PLA and it works.

For me best part is that I printed it as test-fit piece, with just few walls and low infill but it runs fine. After it explodes, I'll try printing it with with more strength or in better material (PETG or PA).

No pictures of real print as it resides inside pump now, I'll try to make some after printing new one. 130mm in diameter.
