Root irrigation system

This is for when you want to get a lot of water down into the roots of your plants. Compared to watering on the surface, this prevents wastage lost to evaporation, and from water simply running off sideways and not reaching the plant at all.

(In use it's all underground, with just the top coverplate visible on the surface, but it's hard to photograph most of it like that!)

This design is made of four parts:

  • A Spike that reaches down into the ground.
  • An Extension tube, for when you want to go deeper
  • A Funnel that you pour water into
  • A Cover plate, to stop dirt and small animals falling in.

I’ve designed a fully 3D printable Camera Slider that can be used in a multitude of ways - with a motor for a slow and steady shot - without a motor for handheld control - fully 3d printed rail of indeterminable length! - convert some Aluminium Extrusion (from an old Ender 3 for example)

I will be providing step files for the mounting plate so people can customized the mounting options if they need to

  • Cyberbrick compatibility is coming as soon as I’m told I can post it, this will allow for remote control slide, as well as pan and tilt

I also have lots of additions in the pipeline, with things like Tripod/Wall mounting, curved tracks, and Timelapse control

I’m currently editing some example footage that I will post in a comment later on

Large pot Eco-Tubing & Chamber

This water chamber is about 8-1/2”diameter.

The center small pipe is drainage and has drainage about 1/2” below the dirt.

The two larger 2” pipes will fill with dirt and seep it up into the pot without over drenching the soil. (Because the water is always 1/2” inch below the rest of the soil in the pot.)

It has a pop out 1/4” hole if you want to add a drip irrigation pipe to fill it on a regular basis.

I could probably scale it vertically for more water in tall pots, but not sure.

I swore I'd never waste time modeling a 3D printed fidget… but here we are.

I stumbled across a 3D-printed magnetic slider toy and was intrigued — but also a little frustrated. The design felt a bit missing, the tolerances were off, and it didn’t quite “click” for me. So I decided to design my own version from scratch.

Introducing: Super Swivel Fidgets

These magnetic fidgets use 6x2mm magnets to create a light-switch-like snap as the slider glides around the base. It’s incredibly satisfying — and surprisingly addictive.

After dozens of prototypes (and sacrificing way too many magnets), I dialed in the right tolerances, ergonomics, and sound/feel balance. If you're into functional prints and fun ones, this hits both.

  • Fit Check plate so you can dial in X-Y Hole Compensation before committing
