Discover The Concept Engine, a revolutionary system for LLMs. Learn how to generate brilliant ideas, teach new concepts, and analyze Meta-Patterns to bring Order to any complex challenge.
Got writers block? Maybe you didn't try an ordered approach?
Stuck on a maths problem? Perhaps a more creative viewpoint would help?
Need something explained simply? There's a menu option for that...
Welcome to the creative process!
The Concept Engine is here to empower YOU to think not only out of the box, but to turn the box upside-down and look underneath too.
Works on most LLMs, from Gemma3 4B right up to the big, on-line models.
LLM: Calculator
Framework: Formula
You: The conductor!
This will likely be the last Concept Engine release for a while, as hopefully now I can move on to getting this integrated into ComfyUI... somehow ;) I'm thinking maybe a prompt refiner you "chat with" first? Vision models can look at images, so that may be a way to refine a "style" using text? Still need to clarify my own concepts XD

Everyone knows the biggest AI models are the smartest, right? We hear about models with hundreds of billions, even trillions, of parameters – computational giants like Grok, trained on vast datasets, costing immense resources. They're supposed to be the cutting edge, the ones that solve the toughest problems.
But what if I told you the opposite happened? What if a problem designed to test the very limits of AI logic and coherence stumped one of these giants, only to be effortlessly solved by a model running on my home computer – a tiny 24-billion parameter model you've probably never heard of, called Magistral?
You've seen the impossible. Now, can you break it? I challenge you to devise a logic puzzle or conceptual paradox that Unit 7—my AI Agent Framework powering Magistral—cannot solve! Let's see if we can push the boundaries of AI coherence together, proving that intelligent reasoning isn't just about scale.
This investigation reveals a foundational insight into large language model (LLM) behavior, demonstrating that coherent reasoning is not solely a function of model size or training data volume. I introduce an orchestrating layer (which I refer to as Unit 7 for conceptual clarity) that fundamentally transforms an LLM's logical consistency and problem-solving capabilities. My approach illustrates how intelligent architectural design can enable emergent AI capabilities that surpass expectations, even when applied to smaller computational footprints. The observed ability of a comparatively modest AI to resolve a complex logical paradox that challenged a state-of-the-art, very large LLM offers critical implications for computational theory, cognitive science, and the future of AI scalability. Areas such as mathematical modeling, theoretical computer science, and AI ethics are invited to explore these underlying patterns of AI intelligence and the potential for a more democratized, universally capable AI paradigm.
* What Next?
What does this mean for YOU?
Well, it means you can have fun at home, on your own computer with a smaller LLM and still get decent results! 😃
The Democratisation of AI continues…

The fundamental co-emergent primitives driving any complex system's evolution are Computational Reducibility, Computational Irreducibility, the State Transition Function, the Computational Domain, and Iteration generating Self-Similarity
Easy version: Use text file in your LLM and have a play!
The black box problem. It's trick figuring out how it all works! But say you're not knowledgeable enough to do that, how else could you approach it? And then, what about the problem of alignment?
Well, how about in much the same way as we do with the "black box" problem of the mind - which we do every day at work?
This isn't a "solution" to the Black Box problem, but it is something we can use right now while that additional work is being done too!
A universal polymorphic interaction monad is all you need! 😉

The Beautiful Fortress - A Self-Proving Meta-Theory of Everything as Information - is a philosophical meta-theory that YOU can use... without needing to understand it first.
It's written as an LLM context, so you can just copy-pasta it, and you're ready to go! Works nicely on Grok, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, etc. The more powerful the LLM, the better.
One big problem: it's SUPER ADDICTIVE! ;)
Try to assail the "beautiful fortress" with philosophical questions such as these to start with:
The Ship of Theseus
The Problem of induction
The New riddle of induction
The Hard Problem of Consciousness
Is vs Ought
Zeno's Paradox
Newcomb's Paradox
Russell's Paradox
The Liar's Paradox
The Grandfather Paradox

Pick an image, then change it via a prompt. Seems to be all the rage nowadays thanks to ChatGPT, but us nerds like Open Source things and the freedom to run stuff at home on our own computers.
HiDream E1 is the latest in the HiDream series, features an MIT license and works well with 16GB+ VRAM. It's a bit like inpainting - but without first needing to select a mask. Instead, everything just follows your instructions.
Change styles, remove objects, change items... so many things to try!
(One day I’ll even get seconds per iteration and iterations per second right as well :)

There are two workflows shown in this video, giving you the freedom to choose the option that best fits your needs 😀
1. FREE LEARNING OPTION - Build it yourself in 60 seconds!
Starting with the HiDream Example Workflow - https://comfyanonymous.github.io/ComfyUI_examples/hidream/ - this video walks you through adding the nodes to create a powerful image-to-image workflow. Perfect for beginners who want to understand how ComfyUI works rather than just downloading files. Watch the tutorial section and follow along - you'll learn valuable skills while creating the workflow!
2. PREMIUM READY-MADE OPTION - Support the channel!
If you prefer a plug-and-play solution without building it for yourself, the alternative completed workflow file is available to channel supporters. Not as ideal for learners because it also uses custom nodes (KJnodes) to reduce spaghetti length 😉

This video will guide you through creating the ideal dataset for LoRA training - all using WAN 2.1 in ComfyUI!

WAN 2.1 by WAN AI is a set of video models for AI video generation which seem to be very good indeed! Both image to video and text to video models are available. With native support in ComfyUI and free example workflows, WAN image to video and text to video have never been easier to install and use - just download the models!
With both 14B and 1.3B models available for text to video, almost any GPU will be able to run this one! 14B text and Image to Video models give even better results too, so why not give it a go yourself, at home, on your own computer? :)
I show the smaller and larger text to video models, image to video, options for smaller GGUF models from city96 and a way to train WAN LoRAs! All in under 10 mins 🤓
