 | You can see my first steps in the pictures. the principle behind it is to work without motors, but with spring force. i have planned to place a gas pressure spring on the shin, which is actuated by a cable that goes up to the thigh. the cable transmits the force completely. i still have to do some calculations, but i'm curious to see if it all works afterwards. when assembling in inventor, i still have to add the ball bearings etc., but unfortunately i can't find a parts catalog that is compatible with inventor. the internal catalog of inventor is empty for me (for whatever reason) [link] [comments] |
Hi Guys, i have been trying to print this case for 2 days now, but I fail. I am using an anycubic kobra with
klipper installed. Lately I also have a small pi camera attached to the right front corner of the print bed.
The Model is quite long in Y and also has lots of base.
Yesterday I failed and I have detected a wobbly print bed.
After that i have found out, that i can fix that by tightening some screws below the print bed.
Now the bed is firm and i retried this night, but i feel the issue even got worse. now chance that the print-in-place hinges would ever work
I have checked the x axis(print head) and y axis(bed) and both appear firm to me now
Any idea, what can be the issue ?

 | I got a neptune 3 pro, running on klipper but still no Input Shaping. What do I need to change on the printer and on Orca Slicer? My goal is to print as fast as possible with the stock components.  | My printer is an Ender 3 and it's clogging on the feeder (i believe that's how is called, i left a pic of it), the filament is melting or crushing/squishing in it, making it too big to enter the tube, i already loosened the screws to check if it was too thigh, but nothing changed, i checked and it's not heating up to cause to melt before entering the tube, the fans are working just fine, i print PLA at 220, and slice at cura, i used the same config and temp for years and this never happened, i noticed after the clog that there's also some dust from the filament (you can also see on the picture) Any idea of how to fix it?
