proxmox breaking networking

I see plenty of posts about breaking networking in proxmox, but I'm having an issue where sometimes when I do something it breaks stuff outside. I have two dell r630s, with 4 uplinks 2 to a 10gb mirotek switch, and 2 to 1 gb switch that connect to a opnsense router. no port channel or anything similar, outside of that I am not sure whats important

The first time it happened was I tried creating a bridge with 2 uplinks on the 10gb connection, and as soon as that was created the whole subnet that I use for management devices broke. So I create a active passive bond, which works fine for at least the last week or so

Today I tried creating a vm and as soon as I turned it on same thing. I had to power off both hosts to get it to work

I'm no network expert, and I don't really understand stp loops, but is that what this is. I know with esxi this really wasn't a concern as they weren't true layer 2 switches and you turned off stp on uplinks.

Any tips on where to start?

indoor 60ghz networking safety

Awhile back I bought a mirotek wireless wire, but my use case changed so I never used it. I've been thinking of using in my new apartment, and it would go from one room to another through an open door. Considering there would be a lot of traffic anyone ever heard of risk there. From what I read there isn't enough power even through these to be a concern, but I just wanted to see a general opinion.

Basically due to the architecture of my apartment there is a dead spot on one side that I currently have a mesh node in to help. I'm thinking using the wireless wires as the backhaul instead of built in wireless backhaul its using now top maybe improve performance a bit. This would also let me use vlan tags between both spots which I can't due with the current wireless I have, and I really don't want to run a cable.
